Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. All-Bran
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
raisins, nuts or dates (optional)
Preparation

Soak All-Bran in milk, molasses and egg, which has been mixed together until soft.
Add oil.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to liquid ingredients, gently stirring just until flour disappears.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
