Pork Chop-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 c. rice (raw)
1 can consomme soup
1 can water
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Salt and fry pork chops.
Set aside.
Place unwashed rice in baking dish.
Add consomme, bell pepper, onion, water and celery. Stir to mix.
Lay pork chops on top and cover dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until rice is flaky and tender.
