Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 box corn bread mix (Jiffy)
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Make your favorite biscuit dough.
Roll out thin on floured board.
Cover dough with butter and sugar, then roll dough up. Cut in slices about 1/2-inch thick, then put in skillet.
Cook in 425\u00b0 oven until well browned.
Pour 1 cup sweet milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mixed, over rolls and bake again for a few minutes until bubbly hot.
Can add nutmeg or spice of your choice.
