Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix and make in cakes.
    Place on wax paper and chill 15 minutes.
    Fry in oil.
    Makes 8 crab cakes.
