Tuna Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled (1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    few drops hot pepper sauce
    6 1/2 or 7 oz. can tuna fish, drained and flaked
Preparation
    In small mixer bowl, beat together the cheeses.
    Stir in the celery, onion, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce and tuna.
    Shape the mixture into 5-inch roll, 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Before serving, roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
    Makes 2 rolls.
