Quick Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix (3 3/4 oz. each)
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Sift flour with baking soda and salt.
Cream shortening; add sugar and pudding mix.
Cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
Add flour mixture; beat thoroughly until well blended.
