Fried Liver With Bacon And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver (beef or calf), cut into 1-inch cubes
    4 to 6 slices bacon, cut into strips, then small pieces
    1 large onion, sliced or diced
    1 egg, well beaten (season to taste with salt or pepper)
    seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, brown bacon and onion.
    Dip liver into egg mixture.
    Coat liver with bread crumbs.
    Add liver to bacon and onion mixture.
    Continue frying until well browned.
