Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    large flour tortillas
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    shredded cheese (for serving)
    salsa
    sour cream
Preparation
    Fry or boil the chicken breasts until done.
    Chop or shred chicken.
    Scoop 1/4 cup chicken and about 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese onto a large flour tortilla.
    Fold up bottom over filling, then fold in sides and roll up.
    Secure with toothpick, if necessary.
    Heat oil in electric frypan or deep fat fryer.
    Cook each chimi until all sides are nicely browned.
