Easy Bake Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. split chicken breast, skinned
    1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. basil leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and pat dry chicken.
    Rub each breast with butter.
    In a Ziploc bag, combine cornflakes and basil.
    Coat each chicken breast in cornflake mixture and place in casserole dish.
    Dot each chicken breast with a pat of butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
