Nip It In The Bud Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cooked (hot)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mash potatoes until smooth.
    Add the cream cheese in small pieces and the butter.
    Beat with mixer until well blended.
    Stir in sour cream.
