Roulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces round steak, cut 1/4-inch thick
    sliced dill pickle spears
    1 c. minced onion
    2 strips bacon, cut into pieces
    4 strips bacon, cut in half
    1/4 tsp. bacon drippings
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pound meat between wax paper into 6 x 8-inch rectangles.
    With short side toward you, lay one pickle spear and spread 1 heaping teaspoon of onion and a piece of bacon about 1-inch from the end. Carefully roll steak around the filling, folding edges toward the center.
    Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around bundle.
    Secure with toothpicks.
