Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer chicken
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Dip chicken into 1/4 cup buttermilk, then roll in seasoned flour (salt and pepper).
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put chicken in pan, skin side down.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes.
    Blend 1 cup buttermilk and soup; pour around chicken.
    Bake 15 minutes more, or until done.
    Serves 6.
