Baked Raccoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 raccoon
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    onion, sliced
    carrots, quartered
    potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Parboil coon for 30 minutes in salt water; drain and place in shallow baking dish.
    Blend spices and liberally cover coon. Surround with sliced onions.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Place carrots and potatoes in juice and continue to bake until vegetables are tender.
    Uncover and broil to brown.
