Scalloped Corn Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cream-style corn
    1 well beaten egg
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat corn and milk.
    Gradually stir in egg, add minced onion, 1 cup cracker crumbs, salt and dash of pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch round baking dish.
    Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
