Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced parsley
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 small clove garlic, crushed
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Dip each breast in milk and dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Arrange in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice, drizzle over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until tender.
Serves 6.
