Creamed Crab Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked crab meat
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Remove spines from crab meat, then melt butter; blend in flour and seasoning.
Add milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add crab meat and heat thoroughly; serve very hot over toast.
