Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced apples
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Add oil and sugar to eggs.
Then add vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together and add to mixture.
Lastly, add apples and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
