Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
1.8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisply
Preparation

Pour hot water over broccoli to bring out the green color. Drain well. Break into small pieces.
Mix with remaining ingredients, except bacon. Chill overnight. Before serving, top with cooked, crumbled bacon.
