German Honey Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork loin, cut in thin strips
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. thawed, frozen bottled lemon juice concentrate
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
8 oz. snow peas, trimmed
1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Toss pork with flour to coat.
Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat.
Add pork and stir-fry about 3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add lemon juice, honey and soy sauce to pan drippings.
Simmer about 10 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring often.
Add snow peas, onions and pork.
Cook about 2 minutes more or until peas are crisp-tender.
Makes 4 servings.
Serve on a bed of hot, fluffy rice.
