Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. minced leeks and onions
    4 c. cubed potatoes
    4 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    small amount sour cream (1 to 2 Tbsp.)
    fresh cooked spinach (optional)
Preparation
    Saute leeks and onions in butter.
    Add flour, then potatoes, broth and salt.
    Simmer until potatoes are cooked (may be mashed a little).
    Add sour cream when ready to serve.
    Spinach should be added after soup is done and before sour cream is added.
