Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can string beans
    1 can lesueur peas
    1 large jar chopped pimentos
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 large bell pepper
    1 head celery
    1 small onion
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. wesson oil
Preparation
    Drain canned vegetables.
    Chop bell pepper and celery.
    Slice onion into thin rings and separate.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and oil together.
    Mix until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over vegetables and marinate at least 12 hours in refrigerator.
