Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

2 large cooking apples, cored and sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Toss apples with lemon juice in a small bowl.
Arrange apples in overlapping circles in a buttered, 9-inch pie plate.
Drizzle maple syrup over apples.
