Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda (in last c. of flour)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together butter, Crisco and add sugar.
Mix.
Add sour cream.
Mix.
Sift flour, adding the soda to the last cup. Alternate, adding eggs and flour until all used.
Add vanilla. Mix.
Pour half of batter into prepared tube pan.
Mix together the 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle over batter and swirl through batter with knife.
Pour remaining batter on top and bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
