Beef Cubes In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes; roll in flour.
    Brown on all sides in a large skillet with a small amount of oil.
    Combine onions, sour cream, cheese and salt with 1/2 cup water and pour over the beef.
    Simmer covered for 1 3/4 hours or until beef is tender.
