Cranberry Salad Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apple
1 c. chopped pecans
garnish with whipped cream or mayonnaise
Preparation

Wash, drain and remove stems from cranberries.
Put through food chopper.
Add sugar.
Let stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle gelatin over orange juice and stir until dissolved over low heat.
Combine gelatin mix, celery, apples and nuts with cranberries, mixing well.
Put in a 1-quart mold and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
Serve with mayonnaise or whipped cream.
