Crab Melt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Sargento natural shredded or fancy shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) can flaked crabmeat
1 oz. pimientos
1 (2 loaves) pkg. ready to bake French bread
Preparation

Melt butter and cheese over low heat; add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt; mix well.
Process in blender until smooth.
In bowl, fold in crabmeat and pimientos; mix well. Slice bread into 1/2-inch slices and spread on crabmeat mixture. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 20 slices.
