Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 beaten egg
    5 1/4 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Mix hot water, sugar, salt and butter together.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Pour warm water in large bowl.
    Sprinkle in yeast. Stir until dissolved.
    Stir in lukewarm water mixture, egg and 1/2 flour.
    Beat with mixer until smooth.
    Stir in by hand the remaining dough to make soft dough.
    Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
