Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices white bread, cubed
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, either fresh or canned
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. ground sausage or small cooked slices
    5 to 6 eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon may be used)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    If you wish you may add some fine chopped green onion and green pepper.
    Oil a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover bottom with cubed bread.
    Fry the sausage; drain.
    Sprinkle over the bread.
    Layer the cheese and mushrooms (green peppers, onions).
    Combine seasonings and milk with slightly beaten eggs.
    Pour over bread and sausage, cheese mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0
    oven for 40 minutes.
