Cousin Judy'S Cassola Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice (from chunks)
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. acini de pepe, cooked and drained*
3 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

In a large saucepan, add sugar, flour and salt.
Stir in pineapple juice and eggs.
Cook over medium heat; stir until thick.
Add lemon juice and cool to room temperature.
Add mixture to acini de pepe.
Let sit an hour.
Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
