Maple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Combine sugars and water.
    Dissolve while bringing to a boil by stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; cool and add flavoring.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
