Jane'S Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 onions
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and cover with boiling water. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes and can. Makes 6 to 8 pints.
