Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut round steak into pieces.
    Trim fat.
    Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
    Lightly brown in pan.
    Chop onion and then saute them.
    Add tomato soup plus a can of water and stir.
    Add meat. Cover and simmer 2 hours.
    Stir once in awhile.
