Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place broth and rice in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Stir together with remaining ingredients and chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
    Garnish with additional olive slices.
