Kahlua - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 vanilla bean
4 c. water
26 oz. vodka
4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. instant coffee
Preparation

Bring coffee, sugar and water to a boil.
Boil slowly for 10 minutes.
Cool and add vodka.
Place mixture in two one-quart bottles and add 1/2 vanilla bean to each bottle.
Seal bottles (tape will do) and store in a cool, dark place for two to four weeks.
Gently agitate daily.
