Ham And Cheese Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 thin slices baked ham
    1 c. shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella or Swiss (about 4 oz.)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, onion and seasoned salt.
    Tear ham into small pieces; add egg mixture.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
