Hot Shrimp Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. shrimp
2 c. sliced celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 Tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 (6 oz.) bag crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine shrimp, celery, water chestnuts, eggs and onion. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; stir into shrimp mixture.
Place in greased casserole.
Top with cheese and potato chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
