Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers, cut fine
    2 large onions, cut fine
    1 lb. hamburger
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. uncooked spaghetti
    1 1/2 qt. tomato juice
Preparation
    Fry green peppers and onions in a small amount of oil until peppers start to change color.
    Crumble hamburger over peppers and cook until done.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
