Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
pinch of salt
1 c. water
strawberries
baked pie crust/shell
Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and water together and cook until thick. Add Jell-O and cool. Line baked pie crust/shell with raw fresh strawberries.
Pour cooled mixture over strawberries. When ready to serve, cover with Cool Whip.
