Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cubed potatoes
    5 c. water
    1 onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. block Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions in water until tender.
    Add both cans of soup and cheese.
    Heat until desired temperature and serve.
