Kahlua Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie shell, chilled
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. Kahlua
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. whole or chopped pecans
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 until firm, about 40 minutes. Chill.
