Mah-Fry Chicken(Chinese Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ginger powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    5 cubes funju*
    1 egg
Preparation
    Marinate cut up chicken for 1 to 2 hours in sauce made from the sugar, ginger powder, garlic salt, soy sauce, funju and egg. Drain chicken; dip in flour and fry in deep fat.
