Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 well beaten egg whites
    7 c. flour (approximately)
    salt
Preparation
    Mix water and 1/4 cup sugar, then shake yeast on top and let stand while mixing other ingredients (don't stir yeast).
    Cream Crisco and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Then add well beaten egg whites to Crisco and sugar.
    Mix well yeast mixture with Crisco mixture, then add enough of the flour for a thin batter.
    Mix with electric mixer.
    Work in the extra flour gradually (by hand).
    The dough should be stiff enough until it doesn't stick to floured board or hands.
