My First Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. (small can) undiluted evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, shape into loaf and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
