Quick And Easy Low-Fat Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 pkg. large flour tortillas
Preparation

Stew chicken for about 1 hour; cool and separate into small pieces.
(This can be done ahead of time and placed in the refrigerator.)
Cut flour tortillas into strips and strips into small dumplings.
Place tortillas into chicken broth and add chicken; simmer until liquid is absorbed.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
