Skier'S Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. link sausage
    6 medium baking apples, pared and sliced
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown sausage and cut each link in half.
    Drain well.
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine meat and apples and put into casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
