Broiled Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 lb. scallops
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. chopped parsley
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large bowl combine oil, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Add shrimp and scallops to mixture; mix well until coated.
Let stand 1 hour.
