Spaghetti And Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 to 4 bay leaves
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    garlic to taste
    3 (16 oz.) cans tomato puree
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato bits and sauce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, 1/2 of oregano, 1/2 of onions and peppers, pinch of garlic and dash of black pepper.
    Make into meatballs. Mix remainder of ingredients into a large saucepan.
    Put in meatballs and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
    Let cool and skim off fat that rises to the top.
    Can be refrigerated and frozen for future use several days later.
