Sugar-Free Fat-Free Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar-free juice
    2 large very ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins or 1 pkg. fruit bits (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together until fluffy, juice, bananas, eggs and flavorings.
    Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix all until just blended.
    Add optional nuts or raisins or fruit bits.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes approximately.
