Cauliflower-Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) box each: frozen cauliflower and broccoli
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. each: salt, seasoned salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. Accent
2 c. hot milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped drained pimento
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
10 oz. soda crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain.
Put into 2-quart casserole.
Melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour and seasonings until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk.
Stir over low heat until thick.
Sprinkle onion, pimento and cheese over vegetables.
Pour sauce over all.
Sprinkle with crackers and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
