Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking wine
salt and pepper to taste
red pepper to taste
1 minced clove garlic
1/4 c. vinegar to taste
1 1/2 lb. spareribs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except spareribs.
Brown ribs over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
Pour sauce over ribs. Cook, covered, until sauce thickens a little and meat is done. Uncover and cook until sauce thickens and is sticky.
